Bayliss 75'

The beginning of another Bayliss build is in the works! Our latest project is a 75' custom sportfishing yacht designed to accommodate a large crew and maximize fishing efficiency.

Bayliss 75' will be powered by two MTU 16V 2000M96L engines with two Kohler 40kW generators. Hull 32 will also feature 2 Seakeeper 18s, Furuno Omni Sonar, chilled water A/C system, FCI Watermaker, Bayliss Boatworks Fresh Flow Cooling System for all mechanical components, and the latest in marine electronics. The interior for Bayliss 75' will consist of a 4 stateroom/3 head layout plus a day head, pantry, and tackle room. The vessel will also include a walnut interior with custom cabinetry throughout.

Last month, the yacht's cabin was moved over to our main shop and the hull carpentry crew constructed the hull jig. Our team has since installed the hull stem and stringers and will begin the planking process later this month.

Bayliss 60' Sequentis

More install action occurred on Sequentis in January. Last week, Sequentis emerged from the make ready bay for the installation of her aft fuel tank. Once she was back indoors, our paint team applied Awlfair to the anchor locker and epoxied the walkaround supports and chases.

The bow livewells have been installed and glassed, and the interiors were also sanded. Our crews continue to make headway on the walkaround build as we anticipate her engine install.

Bayliss 64' Max Bet

Progress on Max Bet is coming along steadily. Last month, our mechanical crew moved the 64' build into her new home in the east bay of the hull shop, and our paint team stayed busy sanding and priming the engine room for paint.

Next month, Max Bet will make the move over to our new paint facility to have the engine room sprayed with top coat.
