GKA Youth Kite World Cup Tarifa Begins on Thursday

Running 8 - 11th September the world's best young riders will compete in the Freestyle and Kite-Surf disciplines in Tarifa!

In the Freestyle discipline, GKA Rookie of the Year 12 year-old German Finn Flügel is set to see if he can complete an amazing year, after already competing at elite level in the GKA Freestyle Kite World Cup Colombia and the Qatar Airways GKA Big Air World Championships hydrofoil division. Another Rookie of the Year contender, Camille Losserand, is one to look out for in the women's Strapless Kite-Surf competition.

GKA Kite-Surf World Cup Dakhla, Morocco, 27 September - 2 October

The Qatar Airways GKA Kite World Tour Kite-Surf riders will line-up at one of the kitesurfing world's most contestable wave riding venues at West Point in Morocco - a host country that has been an ever-present on the world tour calendar for over 15 years.

Running from 27th September - 2nd October, this will be round one of the Kite-Surf discipline with the finals taking place at Taiba in Brazil in late November.
