Even the dolphins got in on the action on the final day of the Southern Wind Rendezvous and Trophy. As we say goodbye to the fleet gathered in Porto Cervo, we hope you all enjoy your summer cruising and see you in September in Porto Rotondo.

During the fourth and final day of sailing at our best-loved event, the fleet headed off north towards Monaci. Ammonite and Sorceress fit another skirmish into their event-long sailing challenge. This time even the local dolphins checked in on the action, swimming with Ammonite and bringing her the luck to capture line honours for the day. Sorceress and Ammonite were awarded ex aequo for the excellent show of sportsmanship and pure sailing enjoyment that they have given us all here in Porto Cervo and in the racing fleet Morgana won for the best performing Southern Wind yachts and third prize in the Superyacht Cruising Division.

SW82 Feelin' Good really captured the essence of the Rendezvous, with her owner taking advantage of the event to bring two generations of his family and some friends all aboard together. "I came here with two of my children, their friends, my sister and a very good friend of mine. We're all here getting ready for the Atlantic crossing we're planning to do in November, this is our team. We plan to sail around the world in Feelin' Good just like her previous owners did. I loved this boat since I first saw her and I kept the name because nomen est omen and here we really are feeling good, on the water, on the dance floor and at the wonderful dinner Southern Wind organised for us." he said.

We wish to thank all our owners and crew who contributed, with their enthusiasm, to the success of this year edition of the Southern Wind Rendezvous and Trophy.

See you in 2023!
