Camper & Nicholsons is delighted to announce the appointment of Frederic Cretin as Charter Marketing Manager. He will join our brokerage office in Monaco.

For Frederic Cretin, the sea has always been a source of passion and inspiration. Spending his childhood summers in Saint Tropez impressed upon him the grandeur and ésprit of sailing and yachting, so when it came time to choose a career path, it was an obvious choice.

Fred studied corporate strategy and international development at the University of Nice, throughout which he worked as a part-time Yacht Accountant. His career progressed quickly from there: from Yacht Accountant to Assistant Yacht Manager, then Charter Assistant and Charter Manager. He is well-versed in finance and marketing, making him a flexible and agile professional.

Today, as Charter Marketing Manager, he is passionate about delivering top quality and service on board and on shore. He works to protect and maintain the high value assets of the owners with whom he works.

A real French foodie and avid world traveller, Fred loves to explore remote destinations—he quotes Iceland as his favourite and can't wait to see Antarctica—and when he's not in the office or organising his next big vacation, you'll probably find him in the countryside, where he has a home with chickens and a big fruit and vegetable garden.
