by Tiliaventum 1 Oct 2021 08:25 PDT 10 October 2021

Even this year Tiliaventum, the sport Association from Lignano-Italy, will participate with four inclusive teams at the 53rd edition of the Barcolana, the famous regatta with over than 2000 sailing boat participating, scheduled for October 10th in Trieste-Italy.

This initiative is part of the Sea4All project aimed at an inclusive participation to the sea sport activities (such as sailing, sup, kitesurf, wakeboard etc) of people with disabilities/fragilities continuously throughout the year.

Tiliaventum in Barcolana, in addition to the more traditional means, will have at its disposal Càpita R30, the performing and accessible daysailer on board on which effectively everyone can have an active role, as protagonist, even during the regatta and on board on which you can access with your wheelchair, you steer, you adjust the sails and everything necessary for the navigation.

Càpita has already been transferred to Trieste so that it can be visited and tested, agreeing the sailings beforehand in order to be accompanied by the President Daniele Passoni and the volunteers.
