Trophy-caliber fish are smart, and fooling them consistently requires ingenuity and innovation. AT ICAST 2021, Shimano introduces three technology-infused hard baits that target freshwater and saltwater giants. Designed with a singularity of purpose, these lures will help anglers catch more and bigger fish on every trip.

World Minnow 115SP

The Shimano World Minnow 115SP redefines the suspending jerkbait by leveraging premium technologies to synthesize the ultimate bass lure. The World Minnow 115SP includes Shimano's patented FLASH BOOST technology which emits unparalleled flash while the bait is in motion and mimics the shimmer of a wounded baitfish during the pause. The lure's exclusive JET BOOST system enhances casting distance, propelling the World Minnow 115SP up to 22% farther as it travels through the air while ensuring a stable, natural posture upon water entry. Unique SCALE BOOST mimics the realistic patterns of baitfish scales utilizing an industry-exclusive composite-pitch hologram that increases the amount and complexity of light reflected through the water. The World Minnow 115SP dives to depths of four to six feet on the retrieve, suspends enticingly when paused, and exhibits an erratic side-to-side darting action to trigger aggressive bites from even the wariest predators. No jerkbait collection is complete without the new Shimano World Minnow 115SP. Each World Minnow 115SP is 4 half inches (115 mm) long, weighs ? ounce (17 g), and is available in a library of ten color patterns with an MSRP of $19.99.

World Diver 99SP

The Shimano World Diver 99SP opens a new paradigm in the deep-diving jerkbait category by seamlessly blending technological advances to create an irresistible lure. The World Diver 99SP features Shimano's groundbreaking FLASH BOOST system to produce an attention-grabbing flash during the retrieve that expertly mimics light scatter from a struggling baitfish on the pause. No bass is out of reach, as the lure's JET BOOST system launches the World Diver 99SP as much as 22% farther than comparably sized baits, delivering the bait to depth faster and covering more water on every cast. Exclusive SCALE BOOST finishes leverage biomimetic, holographic patterns to trigger bites from pressured bass at short range. The World Diver 99SP dives to depths of six to eight feet on the retrieve, suspends expertly when paused, and exhibits an erratic side-to-side darting action to trigger strikes from trophy fish. With a smaller profile and steeper dive curve, the World Diver 99SP is truly the ideal lure for targeting suspended bass. Each World Diver 99SP is 3 7/8 inches (99 mm) long, weighs ? ounce (17 g), and is available in a library of ten color patterns with an MSRP of $19.99.

Coltsniper Swim Kick

Shimano's new Coltsniper Swim Kick is a subsurface lure that swims with perfection right out of the package, so there's no need for modifications to get fishing quickly. The Coltsniper Swim Kick features an erratic kicking action that drives predatory game fish crazy, instantly initiating a bite. Shimano engineered the Coltsniper Swim Kick with its patented JET BOOST technology to provide anglers increased casting distance, accompanied by Shimano's SCALE BOOST finish to give the lure a lifelike appearance. Fish with perfection right out of the box, fish the Coltsniper Swim Kick. Each Coltsniper Swim Kick measures 6 ¼ inches (160 mm) in length, weighs 3 ? ounces (90 g), and is available in a library of six strike-provoking color patterns with an MSRP of $15.99.
