Cowes Spring Classics, the regatta for wooden classics are delighted to announce Henri-Lloyd as the Official Race Clothing Partner for the coming year.

Henri-Lloyd is one of just a handful of true British heritage brands. Through relentless innovation the brand became famous in supplying protective clothing to the early pioneers of global circumnavigation and is seen as one of the premier brands for yachtsmen and sailors around the world.

As part of its sponsorship of Cowes Spring Classics, there will be a Henri-Lloyd Regatta Collection for competitors and supporters. They will also be providing each entry with a gift plus donating a hi-tec sailing jacket for the winner of the Henri-Lloyd Spirit of the Regatta Trophy.

Cowes Spring Classics co-organiser Martin Nott said: "We are really pleased that Henri-Lloyd is joining Cowes Spring Classics as Race Clothing Partner. The heritage, quality and style of Henri-Lloyd's new clothing range is a perfect fit with our regatta and the fabulous boats taking part. We look forward to working together."

Ross Partridge, Performance Sales Partner at Henri-Lloyd said: "Henri-Lloyd are proud to be partnering with the Cowes Spring Classics regatta for 2020. We are pleased to supply the official merchandise to the regatta and all competing teams.

"A new decade sees a new start for Henri-Lloyd, back with our latest line of innovative sailing clothing, pushing the boundaries to create highly technical pieces that will suit on and off the water activities. Building on our rich heritage of pioneering spirit, the new collection celebrates functionality, minimalism & authenticity.

"We also welcome the opportunity to talk to skippers and crews about 'team kit' for the upcoming season. Our own European manufacturing facility has been newly designed for the production of team kit and custom Gore-Tex products."
