The state-of-the-art, custom-designed and built new Gold Coast facility for Twin Disc Pacific has officially opened.

The new Marine Experience Centre, designed by The Urban Group, is located at The Boat Works on the Gold Coast and features 600-square-metres comprising showroom, office, warehouse and workshop space.

The new premises is the retail showroom for Twin Disc, Seakeeper and Seatorque, comprising an impressive range of the latest products for visitors to get 'hands on' with the latest technology.

Industry leading sales and service technicians are on hand to discuss boat owners' specific requirements, and on water, the Twin Disc and Seakeeper demonstration boats allow boaties to get onboard and experience the difference for themselves.

The Boat Works was specifically chosen for its central location in the southern hemisphere's largest marine precinct, serving the region's yachting community - from tinnies and catamarans to superyachts.

"It's a terrific opportunity to invite retail customers and our boat building clients into our showroom to inspect all of our products on display," said Twin Disc Pacific Gold Coast Branch Manager, Scott Redman.

"Our team of highly experienced service technicians and engineers are on hand to assist with installation support. We can also project manage complete installations of our products onsite."

"We look forward to welcoming boaties and newcomers to boating to our incredible Experience Centre to really get a feel for our full complement of propulsion, control, docking, steering and station keeping solutions for a wide range of vessel sizes."

The Boat Works' owner, Tony Longhurst said "We are thrilled to have Twin Disc Pacific and the brands they represent here. They have done a brilliant job - the fitout is above and beyond.

"We're happy the Twin Disc Pacific team is content in their new Gold Coast Marine Centre and we're excited for the opportunity to grow together, welcoming boat owners and manufacturers to our ever-evolving facility."
