Only 16 places left for the Aspire Merlin Rocket National Championships

There are only 16 places left in the Aspire Merlin Rocket National Championships at Looe, and only 6 days at the Standard Entry price, before it goes up. Do you really need another reason to get involved? OK, here you go...

HD Sails support another initiative in aid of the MR Nationals

Of course, we are extremely pleased at the level of entry already we already have but we would love to help you save a little more and enjoy a fantastic week at Looe in August.

What do you need to do?

Well you could bag yourself a brand new HD Sails Merlin Rocket spinnaker in time for both Salcombe Week and the Nationals or just because you want to raise the ante amongst your fellow club sailors. All you need to do is email your bid to BUT it must be with us by midnight, 27th June. Many thanks to Andy and Jim of HD Sails. All proceeds will be used to support the Nationals.

Check out merlinrocketchamps.com and make sure you get your entry and payment in by midnight, 30th June. That will save you £30 on a Late Entry Fee and discounts are still available for First Time Entrants, Helms under 25 and sail numbers 35741 and below.

The small print

  • Auction Opening Date – 17 June 2019
  • Bids to be emailed to hdmadness18@gmail.com
  • Closing Date for bids –27 June 2019
  • Announcement of winning bid – 28 June 2019
  • Payment to MROA by – 1 July 2019 (in event of non-payment, next highest bidder will be contacted and offered the spinnaker).
  • Presentation of sail – o/c MROA AGM, Salcombe YC, 6 July 2019 (if highest bidder not attending Salcombe Merlin Week, please nominate recipient to accept the spinnaker on your behalf)
