The biggest sailing project of Russian Federation, National Sailing League, celebrated its fifth anniversary at the start of First Division's 1st stage in Sochi on last weekend.

The project has become bigger and more prestigious, attracted the greatest sailors of the country. National Sailing League is not just a sailing feast but a unity of people who love sailing.

Back to 2014 the project's team couldn't imagine what the League would achieve:

  • More than 70 teams in First and Second Divisions and more than 400 participants in Children Division;
  • Three Divisions: First, Second and Children Divisions;
  • 42 stages and 160 race days;
  • Integration into eight different major international and national events: sailing festivals, forums, exhibitions.
2019 season of National Sailing League will consist of 12 stages of First and Second Divisions and eight stages of Children Division. Regattas will take place in March in Sochi, in April in Tuapse, in May in Kazan, in June in Nizhny Novgorod and Moscow, in July in St. Petersburg, in August in Kaliningrad and in October at International Children Center 'Artek'.

More than 50 teams and 350 children will fight for the Championship in 2019 season.

First Division will be the first to compete in 2019 season on March 22-24th at Sochi Grand Marina by Burevestnik Group. Children Division's races start on March 23rd.

Second Division will start the 2019 season on the last weekend of March.
