More than 50 young sailors took to the water for the South and West Wales Acord Llangorse OnBoard Regatta. There was a good turnout through the All Afloat scheme, with many travelling from Pembrokeshire for their first major competition, showing the sailing charity launched this summer is already having an impact.
"We had two days of really good racing," explained RYA Cymru Wales South Wales development officer Pete Muskett.
"We had some great feedback from the competitors and sponsors Acorn, while their support is invaluable making this such a good event for so many young people.
"There were kids there through All Afloat, there was a good turnout from that as well. It was more about being involved than winning, but congratulations to the clubs and individuals who did well."
The South and West Wales Acorn Llangorse OnBoard Festival was for children under the age of 16, 11 categories of racing across boat types and experience levels.
In the Optimist gold fleet it was a Llangorse one/two with Cian Epstein holding off James Gosson. Pembrokeshire YC's Gabe Marsh was third.
In the silver fleet, Laragh Epstein made it a family double by winning, with Ella Martin of Cardiff Bay second and Naomi Edwards of Tata Steel in third.
Another Llangorse sailor took advantage of home waters as Huw Farmer won the Topper gold fleet, Teifi's Dafydd Green in second. Sully's Joshua Edwards won the silver fleet from Neyland's Lukas Tyrell.
In the Laser, Tenby's Ioan Thompson held off the challenge of Neyland's Ioan Roberts in a Pembrokeshire one/two.
In the General Handicap, Aled Llewellyn Jones and Ben Willett of Saundersfoot and Llangorse came ouf on top, Tenby's Oscar Thompson and Iolo Shaw second with Teifi's Gruffydd Green and George Sellwood in third.
In the OnBoard Optibat, Eloise Cusden of Saundersfoot beat Emily Kinsella of Cardiff Bay, with Rowan Joseph of Pembrokeshire Performance Sailing Academy (PPSA) in third.
In the Optimist boat, Ollie Atkin of Cardiff Bay beat club-mate George Self to top spot, with Niamh Epstein of Llangorse in third.
The OnBoard general handicap was a clean sweep for PPSA with Macsen Barber first, Sirene Le Petit second and Claire Ress third.
The OnBoard Topper saw Daniel Shore of Cardiff Bay in top spot, Obaidyullah Khorsand of Mumbles in second with clubmate Hamzah Butt in third.
