Jean Paul Trazegnies (PER) continues to lead at the 2018 SAs and Caribbean Championship after 6 races.

World Champion Alonso Collantes (PER) recovered from a slow start and now sits on second place, 7 points behind his fellow countryman. Martin Alsogaray (ARG) and David Hernandez (GUA) both have 18 points and are third and fourth overall.

Only 4 points separate second and fifth place and the third and final day of the regatta promises to be a nail biter.
