The foiling 'cruiser' - the Gunboat G4 - capsized on the final day of Les Voile de St Barths in the Caribbean.

After performing spectacularly at the regatta the high performance foiling cruiser succumbed, and put those who wondered if this might happen out of their misery.

Despite completely inverting, G4 was able to be righted and was assisted back to harbour, largely intact.

Sharon Green of www.ultimatesailing.com [Sorry, this link had a problem]!UltimateSailing was on hand, as always, to capture the action.

You can see more great images of St Barths on her www.facebook.com/UltimateSailing!Facebook_page [Sorry, this link had a problem] including some outstanding images of the two maxis, Comanche and Rambler 88 going head to head.
