Overall winner Airship edges out trimaran St Laurence on day 1 - Port Nicholson Line 7 Regatta 2017 Chris Coad
The 2017 Port Nicholson Line 7 Regatta took place on Wellington Harbour on 10-12 March 2017 in what could be described as an array of less than ideal conditions.

Day 1 was marked by a distinct lack of breeze while the following two days produced reasonable wind speeds but also the driving rain that plagued the rest of the country.

Overall winner of the event and recipient of the Ross Telford Memorial Trophy was Airship, a Ross 930 skippered by David Roberts.
