Laser 2 World Championship at WPNSA

The Laser 2 World Championship was held at Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy from 20th to 24th July 2009.

Nigel Skudder and Keith Hills (GBR) won the event from the German team of Lisa Buddemeier and Matthias Duwel. Marian Scheer and Daniel Scheer (GER) were third.

Mike Croker and Diana Croker (GBR) finished fourth, Sytze Harkema and Carmen Gerlach (NDE) fifth, David Annan and Amanda Childs (GBR) in sixth place. Wilbert Van Vliet and Jenneke van der Wal (NED) were seventh, F Jude Baird and Fred Fuller (GBR) eighth, Michael Clapp and Mark Bond (GBR) ninth, with Ralf Terheyden and Wesley Wloka (GER) completing the top ten.
