No day is ‘just another day’ sailing the Emirates Team New Zealand AC72. The team of designers, sailors and shore crew are continually pushing the envelope for more speed and what could be the slightest of margins that wins New Zealand the America’s Cup in September. 'We are always trying new things and testing new ideas all the time, it is a constant process of trying to make the boat better and better and this wont stop right up until the last race.' Said designer Nick Hutchins. Every minute the AC72 is on the bay the team on the support boats are checking the thousands of feeds of data to monitor the boats performance and analyzing each night so that by the time the boat hits the water again it is performing better than it was the day before.
