Transliner announces a new boat transport service - the Monsoon Route. Hong Kong to Phuket (October) and back again (April) to allow owners to winter and cruise in the Thailand's high season weather - maybe take in the Phuket King's Cup and even the Raja Muda Selangor International Regatta (starts Port Klang, November).
