Tax Office ruling on Charter Boat activities released

Major charter operators have today welcomed the ruling, as it provides clear and unambigous guidelines which will ensure industry investment returns.

The Charter Boat industry has suffered over the last year, as potential invested had been unwilling to make committments prior to the publication of the definitive rules.

A number of major investment announcements are expected over the next few months.
