The UK RS Feva Class has plenty to shout about at the moment with over 100 entries for the Sekonda Nationals in Torquay and 180 entries for the Magic Marine World Champs at Hayling Island. But the news just got even better now that the Hobie 405 Class has donated an annual bursary to the top RS Feva at the Nationals where both helm and crew are under 13 years of age.
This is a fantastic opportunity to encourage and reward young junior sailors at the start of their RS Feva journey.
The ‘405’ Bursary will take the shape of a striped spinnaker in the 405 colours and will be presented for the first time at the Royal Torbay Yacht Club on June 5th.
The last chance for sailors to practice against the best before the 2012 Nationals is this weekend at the Bolle Grand Prix hosted by Thorpe Bay
