Richard Clarke & Tyler Bjorn SW
Canadian Star team Richard Clarke & Tyler Bjorn lit it up on their course today posting a 3-1-2, holding down first place overall in the strong fleet. 'We were definitely quick, started well and had very clear vision of what the winds were doing.' Clarke reflects on their solid day, 'It was really just one of those days that we were in the groove, working well as a team and patiently waited for good shifts to come to us.'

Paul Tingley had a 3-10 on the day and currently sits in sixth place overall after four races. Also in the Paralympic classes,
John McRoberts and Stacie Louttit had a 4-3-4 on the day, they are in fifth overall. Bruce Millar, Logan Campbell & Scott Lutes are in 12th overall, falling victim to some gear problems today.

Mike Leigh and Luke Ramsay are turning things on in the 470 mens racing currently 20th overall. On the womens side of the fleet, Dana Archibald and Karen Dexter are 26th overall. The 49er team Jon Ladha and Dan Inkpen are in 21st overall but did have a few top 10 races to end the day.

It is going to be an early start tomorrow as the wind is forecast to really blow in the afternoon so many classes are scheduled to start at 9:00am to get some racing in. The 9:00am start time translates to a very early morning for some with up to an hour sail out to certain courses.
