3 AW Melbourne Boat Week

All the fun of 3AW Melbourne Boat Week kicks off this weekend with the Volvo Penta Cruise Boat Show at Sandringham Yacht Club (10am to 6pm Sat 5th - Sun 6th April).

Bringing together at the ideal location, an extensive in-water display of large power cruisers, sports boats on the hardstand, marine engines, hardware, electronics, galley requirements, accessories, clothes and books. There will be a boating atmosphere with something of interest for
everyone.

Food and refreshments together with entertainment will provide the ideal weekend out for the whole family! And it's FREE ENTRY PLUS ALL visitors have
the chance to win a 5 nights luxury accommodation at HAMILTON ISLAND for 2 people in a room with spectacular seaviews.

AND BACK BIGGER AND BETTER THAN EVER NEXT WEEKEND IS THE CLUB MARINE SAIL BOAT SHOW (10am to 6pm Sat 12th - Sun 13th April) ...in year number 4 and
much bigger than before the Club Marine Sail Boat Show is a major industry event totally dedicated to all those people who have a love of the sea and
wind in their sails.

This show is Melbourne's leading display of sail boats, chandlery, clothing and books. It provides for everyone from the racing enthusiast to those who just like 'mucking' around in boats or who would like to develop their interest in boating. The show opens at 10am ~ 6pm each day & features a full range of sailing boats, in water Sail Boat display, kitesurfing exhibitions, dinghies & catamarans on the beach, sailing holidays / boatshow alley, sailing academy's, access dinghies, model yachts and search & rescue demonstrations.

The Club Marine Sail Boat Show at SYC provides an opportunity for the many members of the community who would like to consider taking up sailing either
as a sport for recreation. It will be a fun weekend for everyone with entertainment, BBQ, meals & refreshments. All visitors have the chance to win
a 5 night bareboat Sunsail Whitsunday Holiday for up to 6 people.
