Ensign Ship Brokers has just received the Oceanis 50 from France and are making the boat ready for delivery to Airlie Beach in August.

She will be here for the next three weeks being fitted with keel, rudder, mast, rigging and survey requirements before heading to the Whitsundays for charter.

Ensign Ship Brokers’ Lee Randall said, as the Beneteau Queensland dealers, Ensign is excited about the delivery of the Oceanis 50.

'The team are very proud of this latest arrival as it is the first of the current Oceanis model to go into charter,' Mr Randall said. 'Ensign is fully equipped to help charter companies get a boat into survey, from purchasing through to modification and delivery.

'We are working closely with the owners, modifying the yacht to suit survey requirements and include about 12 births,' he said.
