Steve Fields set for Hobie Tiger World Championships

Managing Director of Hobie Cat Australasia and one of the main sponsors of the 3rd Carlsberg Hobie Tiger World Championships, Steve Fields has entered the championship today. Besides all his management credentials Steve is the reigning Hobie 17 world Champion and a top ten finisher in the last Tiger worlds at Lake Garda, Italy. The Hobie Cat Australasia staff will certainly be placing pressure on Steve to improve his performance and become a top 5 finisher at these worlds!

The 3rd Carlsberg Hobie Tiger World Championships at Raffles Marina, Singapore have attracted sailors form Hong Kong, Philippines, United States, Europe and Australia. With three reigning sailing world champions entered already this is going to be one of the toughest world championships staged in Singapore.
