Town and Country Club Cromwell Regatta report.
Before racing Warwick Lupton spent some time testing the new Annihilator Race Boat with the adjustments to the sponsons working out as planned. Ken Lupton spent time on the water also his boat looking good with it's new look, with adjustment being made around the cell.
The King of the Lake was won by Luke Sharp in Promt Parts of Auckland, The King of the Lake was run over two heats.
The Kiwi Annihilator Racing Team with David Alexander came out on top. The Race was led by all three GP Hydroplane at one point with Ken Lupton DNFing on the third lap, Ken boat is looking very good on the water and the team have to be pleased with the offseason changes.

Warwick Lupton in the ever improving Annihilator Race Boat had some awesome speed out of the corners and was able to catch Alexander in one lap.
Beautiful sunshine for the final days racing, with a lot of work going into the boats over night.
Luke Sharp who made the trip down from Auckland looked to be on the money in his Formula One Tunnel, after losing to Steve Pope in The Vatican in the first F1 race, came through to win every race he entered through out the rest of the day.
In the Grand National class Mike Harvey in Aquanaut had his boat flying with some very good speed to take some well deserved wins. With work on the Grand Prix Hydroplanes overnight Warwick Lupton came back with a repaired Annihilator Race Boat, looking to do some more testing in preparation for the world's next month in Australia. Ken Lupton and crew spent night hours working through fuel issues.

David Alexander blew his 480ci Chev but had a new powerplant 510ci in behind him for testing/racing. The Annihilator team had nine engines with them, as they continued preparations for the Worlds.
