For the third consecutive year, Bayliner has been recognized by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) sponsored Marine Industry CSI Award Program in three product categories: deck boats, sterndrive bowrider boats, and sterndrive cuddy and express boats.

The NMMA’s Marine Industry CSI program recognizes participating manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer.

'Customer satisfaction goes beyond boat quality and design,' said Bayliner President Jeff Behan. 'It’s the sum of that, plus the entire boat ownership experience. Bayliner dealers consistently go above and beyond customer expectations as demonstrated by receipt of this recognition for the past three years.'

Award recipients for 2010 achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between April 1, 2009 and March 31, 2010.

'We are honored to have our efforts and those of our dealers recognized by consumers and by the industry,' said Betsy Lazzara, vice president and brand manager for Bayliner. 'Bayliner strives to make boating fun for everyone. Consistently high customer satisfaction scores tell us we’re on the right track.'

Headquartered in Lake Forest, Illinois, Bayliner is a leading global manufacturer of attractively-priced runabouts, cuddy cabins, deckboats and cabin boats from 16 to 33 feet. Through its comprehensive product offering and quality craftsmanship, Bayliner strives to make boating attainable and fun for everyone worldwide.
