Day 3 looked promising at the start with NE winds of 15 knots, but it wasn't to be. Shortly after the 11:00 AM scheduled start time the wind promptly shut off and dropped to 5-8 for the remainder of the day.

The sea breeze tried to make an appearance and despite the wind continually trying to go right it never materialized. Several attempted starts had to be abandoned due to large shifts. Two races were completed in 5-8 knots with oscillating winds.

Qualifying has now concluded, and the fleet will now be split into gold and silver for the final two days.

After day 3 Jason HESS/Sonia PONCE (GUA) lead followed by Mark MODDERMAN/Grace MODDERMAN (USA) in second and Greg THOMAS/Karen GRISKO (USA) in third.

Racing continues through Friday and the patten appears to be changing, brisk winds are forecasted for the final two days.
