What makes this Regatta real different are the unique and spectacular starts and finishes in the Annabay, right in the heart of Willemstad, the historic city center of Curacao and which is part of the UNESCO world heritage list. The Heineken Regatta Curacao also offers you the spectacular illuminated boat parade. All sorts of boats decorated with the most beautiful lights enter the Annabay by nightfall and light up the sky. To join this parade there is only one rule; decorate your boat with everything that produces light.

In the Heineken Regatta Village you can enjoy delicious food, have a drink, experience the entertainment, see the races and get all the information on the results. At night the village will be transformed into a premium concert area with performances of local and international artists.

Songs like 'La Morena', 'El taqui taqui', 'Sonandote' and their latest 'Ya no Toy Pa'Eso' are a few of the group's hit list.

On Saturday night November 13th, Mr. Luva Luva himself, Shaggy will be the main act. This Grammy winning artist, known for the worldwide #1 hits Mr. Boombastic', ‘It wasn't me', ‘Angel' and ‘Feel the rush' will be performing his latest show.
