RS Tera UK National Championships -Record-breaking entry for Nationals

by Martin Wadhams on 16 Jun 2010
RS Tera Nationals start 26 June 2010. RS Tera http://www.rstera.org/
The RS Tera is about to join the top 10% of UK dinghy classes, with over 50 entries already received for the Optimum Time sponsored National Championship 2010 at Netley Sailing Club over the weekend 26-27 June.

Netley Sailing Club, overlooking Southampton Water and surrounded by the Royal Victoria Country Park, is an ideal venue for the RS Tera Nationals with racing in front of the clubhouse and free camping available adjacent to the dinghy park for competitors.

The championship has already attracted entries from across the UK, including Dorset, Essex, Hampshire, Isle of Man, Kent, Norfolk, Somerset and Warwickshire. With ten days to go there's still time to enter - details and online entry via the Nationals website.

The RS Tera is an ISAF International Class and member of the UK RS Class Association and International RS Classes Association (IRSCA). The Tera class is building rapidly internationally and the next highlight on the calendar will be the World Championships in Carnac on the west coast for France in late July.
