ISAF
Just three weeks remain for sailors to enter this year's Kieler Woche, event six of the ISAF Sailing World Cup, taking place from 20-28 June in Kiel, Germany.

Always one of the year’s largest sailing events, Kieler Woche 2009 is extra special as the event become part of the inaugural ISAF Sailing World Cup series and also hosts the debut of the Elliott 6m, the equipment chosen for the new Women’s Match Racing Olympic event.

Along with the ISAF Sailing World Cup for the Olympic and Paralympic events, Kiel also hosts competition in the International Classes, Offshore Classes, the X-35 World and X-41 European Championships, the RS:X German Youth Championship and the 505 Europeans.

Entries are accepted until 2 June 2009, giving sailors just three more weeks to enter. On the official event website www.kieler-woche.com sailors can fill out the online registration for the races. Together with the computer company b+m Informatik AG, the Kieler Yacht-Club has developed a regatta management programme which allows both the online entry and a simple and comfortable online payment of the entry fee in a few, simple steps.

Further information, online entry, the Notice of Race and more are available at www.kieler-woche.com.
