Gales hit Laser Nationals

by UKLA on 14 Aug 2007
The gales that postponed the start of the Fastnet Race reached Weymouth today and all racing on the third day has been cancelled.

Yesterday the Standard and Laser 4.7 fleets managed two races out in the bay whilst the Radials got in an extra set of races ahead of the bad weather. The expectations are that the gale will blow through today and that normal service will be resumed tomorrow.
