Germany I up and running after collision

The United Internet Team Germany will be racing on the third day of Louis Vuitton Act 13 with Germany I. In a collision with the Italian team +39 Challenge a jumper of the German mast broke yesterday. This slight damage does not stop the German team though. Germany I will participate in the fleet races four and five of this Act as planned with a different mast and hunts for more points.

The hearing of the jury on this incident is not finished yet. Because of the collision +39 Challenge protests the German team. However, on his part United Internet Team Germany protests the French team Areva Challenge. The Italian team suffered from a broken mast in the collision. The jury hearing will be continued Thursday evening.

The weather forecast announces winds around ten to twelve knots from the North which will slow down to six to ten knots shifting Easterly. Strong clouding is responsible for temperatures around twelve degrees. The first fleet race of the day starts at 2.15 pm, the second race is subsequent and starts around 4.30 pm. The United Internet Team Germany starts into the third day of act 13 with the following crew:
