New Zealand Optimist Worlds Team Secures Sponsor

3DPrint sponsor of the NZ Optimist Team for the 2006 World Championships 3DPrint
The top five Opti sailors have secured a naming rights sponsor to help with the travel costs of getting them to the World Championships in Uruguay in December.
The 3D Print Worlds Team as they are now to be known is made up of Marcus Hansen, Chris Steele, Luca Hyatt-Brown, Thomas Saunders and Jamie Dawson.
They are undergoing extensive training with the National Squad of the top 15 sailors under the direction of Andrew Wills and Grant Beck.
Director of 3D Print Ltd Peter Dawson has said the association with these outstanding sailors is a chance for our new business to launch our product to the boating community and beyond. In a nutshell 3D Print is able to produce solid models and prototypes of anything from 3D software files – ideal for yacht designers, architectural models and engineering prototypes.
