Dragons' Den Filming

The Dragons' Den filming all went well in September. The series premiers
tomorrow night on Channel 7 at 9:30pm. Unfortunately I have not been able
to find out which episode the boat will appear on. If curious follow the
link to see the show's promo, or open the attachment. Please remember that
any information about my involvement with the show is in confidence until
after the broadcast.

Jon Howes in the UK has lodged an 'opposition' to the European Patent which
was granted in October 2004. I am working with my Patent Attorney on a
response to the opposition.

These two activities have consumed all of my time over the last few months
and so there has been no direct progress on boat design and building.
