Jérémie Beyou, (Maître CoQ), has won the inaugural 2016 New York – Vendée (Les Sables d’Olonne) Race presented by Currency House and SpaceCode.
The French skipper, Jérémie Beyou, (Maître CoQ), crossed the finish line off Les Sables d’Olonne this afternoon at 14:37:52 (French time). Beyou covered the course in nine days 16 hrs 57 mins and 52 seconds.
Beyou sailed 3460 miles at an average speed of 14,85 knots.
Note: the theoretical race course was 3,100 miles.
