John Pounder of JLDigitalMedia was on the water for Day 3 of the 2016 Laser Radial Worlds being sailed on Banderas Bay, Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico. The overcast skies of the first two days of racing cleared and conditions were as described in the brochure.
