Nautor’s Swan is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Holm as Customer Care Director. Robert joined Nautor’s Swan just over one year ago as a Project Manager for the Finnish yacht brand.

A native of Finland, Robert has been working in the marine business for over a decade and has a sound understanding of the dynamics within Nautor’s Swan, having had close working relationships with the company in his previous career appointments, including as Managing Director for a carbon mast builder.

Of his most recent Nautor’s Swan appointment, Robert commented: 'I very much look forward to this position and regard Nautor’s Swan Customer Care as one of the most important departments within the company, which is renowned worldwide for its excellence of service. There are many new exciting developments for Nautor’s Swan Customer Care, including a new Customer Care and Authorized Service Center policy, and a wider network of Authorized Service Centers around the world. A new feature of Nautor’s Swan Customer Care will also be the appointment of Customer Care Managers in the company’s different regions, as the first ‘port’ of call for any Swan owner.”

Paolo Sterza, CEO Oy Nautor AB, commented: “We are thrilled to have Robert as our new Customer Care Director, as he brings great expertise and energy to one of the Nautor’s most valued departments. Nautor’s Swan has built over 2000 Swans, virtually all of which are still sailing and lovingly kept by their owners. Service, care, maintenance and refits are all key elements of Nautor’s Swan portfolio of offerings, and we take great pride in ensuring that every step of the process undergoes the strictest screening for quality, while treasuring our strong heritage and promoting innovation.”

Another new feature, and a key element to maintain the standard of excellence of the company’s services, is Nautor’s Swan Training Center located at the factory in Pietarsaari, Finland. This Training Center will further ensure that all parties involved in the customer care service network are equipped with all the latest and most accurate information and knowledge of today’s ever more complex yachts.
