Brest 2016 - Bateaux du patrimoine, les pré-inscriptions sont ouvertes

A compter d’aujourd’hui, 1er septembre, les demandes de pré-inscriptions des bateaux du patrimoine, souhaitant participer aux fêtes maritimes internationales de Brest 2016, sont ouvertes.

ETAPE 1 :
S’effectuant sur le site internet, il s’agit d’une pré-inscription (clôture fin janvier 2016) contenant un formulaire à remplir sur les principales caractéristiques du bateau. Un comité de Brest Evénements Nautiques vérifiera que la demande est bien en adéquation avec le cahier des charges. « Malheureusement, nous ne pourrons satisfaire tout le monde. Nous avons de la place pour accueillir plus de 1 000 bateaux mais il y a en moyenne 4 000 demandes. Nous devrons donc faire une sélection », précise Didier Ragot, responsable de la partie maritime des fêtes de Brest 2016.

Petits ou grands, les bateaux doivent faire partie du patrimoine avec une histoire ancienne ou plus moderne. Un multicoque ayant gagné le Trophée Jules Verne a autant sa place à Brest qu’un plan Cornu ou qu’un grand voilier école.

ETAPE 2 :
L’organisation confirmera ou non l’inscription du bateau par mail à son responsable.

ETAPE 3 :
Le responsable ou propriétaire du bateau inscrit, se doit dans un délai de deux mois, à compter de la réception de la confirmation d’acceptation du bateau, de confirmer sa venue pour une inscription définitive.

Brest Evénements Nautiques alors fournira au responsable du bateau toutes les informations nécessaires pour son escale.

Attention : Une non confirmation de la venue du bateau sous le délai des deux mois ou bien un désistement simple entraînera la désinscription du bateau aux Fêtes Maritimes de Brest 2016.

Rejoindre une flottille exceptionnelle
D’ores et déjà, une centaine de bateaux ont annoncé leur présence à Brest du 13 au 19 juillet 2016. Parmi eux, les deux plus grands voiliers du monde, le Sedov et le Kruzenshtern, fleurons de la flotte de Russie, le Mercedes, brick hollandais, de nombreux bateaux du patrimoine maritime finistériens de toutes tailles et bien sûr, L’Hermione qui a séduit lors de son escale cet été à Brest plus de 170 000 visiteurs.
