Lux Inc Media announced today the acquisition of YACHTstyle, the leading yachting lifestyle magazine in the Asia-Pacific region. Suzy Rayment, Founding Editor of YACHTstyle, said, “I am very excited about the future of YACHTstyle. The magazine’s network will be substantially strengthened by becoming part of the Lux Inc Media group, and its regional reach will grow through 2015 and beyond.”

Founded in 2007, YACHTstyle magazine is published and distributed on a quarterly basis in Hong Kong and Singapore as well as in key countries across the Asia-Pacific region: Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and China.

With popular and influential annual features such as the ‘Top 100 Boating Personalities in Asia,’ and awards received for the high quality editorial content and photography, YACHTstyle is a classy large format glossy publication reaching HNWI across the region looking for authoritative, accurate and practical information about acquiring a yacht - and then making extensive use of it.

Gael Burlot, CEO & Publisher of Lux Inc Media, commented: “Over the last years, under the helm of Suzy Rayment and Guy Nowell, the YACHTstyle brand and trademark has established itself in the luxury yachting and lifestyle media market, and is already trusted by the most discerning and sophisticated readers, yachting owners and boating aficionados. With hubs in both Singapore and Hong Kong, and related print runs going forward, we are going to be able to offer additional geographical distribution, integrated and tailored solutions for our clients in the print, digital and events environments”.

YACHTstyle is already a trusted editorial and advertising platform for yachting and boating manufacturers (including Benetti, Ferretti, Royal Huisman, Numarine, Jeanneau and many others), marina and waterfront developers, and well-established Luxury (Rolex) and Lifestyle (Maserati, Macallan etc.) brands alike.

YACHTstyle participation in forthcoming boat shows:
Throughout 2015, YACHTstyle will be actively supporting and exhibiting as a Preferred Partner and/or Media Partner at selected major yacht shows in Asia and beyond, including:
Singapore: Singapore Yacht Show, 23-26 April 2015
Hong Kong: Gold Coast Boat Show, 1-3 May 2015
