Headsync, of Newport, R.I., has been named as the East Coast distributor for Gobius products.
Gobius’ unique external monitors require no modifications of existing tanks, and unit can adapt to existing onboard gauges. External measuring of black water tanks is more effective because the gauge never comes in contact with the fluid, avoiding clogging issue associated with in-tank systems. It also greatly improves longevity. It’s extremely easy to install, works on metal and plastic tanks, and requires no holes for mounting and no modifications of the tank.
'We see Headsync as the perfect distributor on the east coast of America, from New York up to Canada,' says Anders Meiton, marketing manager for the manufacturer, FM Marin in Sweden. 'They have extensive knowledge and markets well-known products for pleasure craft in the area of sanitation systems.'
Bryan Cooney, Headsync’s founder, says Gobius is a perfect fit to the fleet of high-end marine plumbing products Headsync already represents.
'Our business deals with the management of waste and water aboard small to large vessels, so it’s important our customers have a simple, reliable (and retrofit) tank-level measuring system. As a leader in the service, sales and distribution of marine plumbing equipment, Headsync is asked on a regular basis for a simple, reliable measuring system, and when it comes to waste plumbing the general rule is to keep it simple. Our technicians prefer Gobius systems because of its simplicity, low power consumption, and easy
