The Annual General Meeting of the International RS:X Class Association will be held during the 2014 RS:X European and Youth European Championships in Cesme, Turkey.

Date: 1st July 2014
Place: Cesme, Turkey (exact location to be announced later)
Starting time: ~18:00 (exact time to be announced later)

You are welcome to send the nominations for the RS:X Class Executive Committee members. A nomination letter, together with supportive letters from at least three RS:X Class full members, shall be sent to the RS:X office - andrus@rsxclass.com by 1200hrs UTC on 27th May 2014.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate contact to Andrus.

RS:X National Class Associations / MNAs shall confirm their appointed delegate for the 2014 RS:X AGM and authorise that person to vote on any submission on their behalf. Said authorisation shall be received by email sent to andrus@rsxclass.com by 2400hrs UTC on 30th June 2014.

Those RS:X National Class Associations wishing to make a submission for consideration by the RS:X Annual General Meeting shall do so by filling the submission template and sending it by email to andrus@rsxclass.com by 1200hrs UTC on 27th May 2014.

Those not appointed as a national delegate may attend as an observer but will not be able to speak unless invited to do so by the chairman.
