Skippers’ Plan becomes National Sponsor of Sail Canada

Skippers’ Plan, a longtime supporter of boating activities in Canada, has now become a National Sponsor taking on support of Sail Canada, our national sport organization representing the sport of sailing.
Skippers’ Plan is Sail Canada’s exclusive insurance broker offering members customized insurance solutions for boat owners, yacht clubs and sailing schools. 'We’re very proud of our relationship with the boating community that dates back to our beginnings over 60 years ago,' explains Drew Robertson of Skippers’ Plan.
The funding from the sponsorship will support many aspects of Sail Canada’s activities. The Canadian Sailing Team Male and Female Athletes of the Year awards; a national newsletter with subscriptions available at sailing.ca; ongoing sponsorship of Sail Canada’s annual general meeting; and support for Sail Canada’s Officials’ Program will all be part of the Skippers’ Plan sponsorship.
