La Mini Transat est heureuse et fière que des marins et personnalités soutiennent les 84 coureurs dans leur défi sportif sur l’Atlantique.

Marc Guillemot, parrain de la Mini Transat 2013: Au-delà d’être un très grand marin, Marc a des attaches profondes avec Douarnenez et la Mini Transat.

Douarnenez, c’est un lieu qu’il ne manque pas de venir fréquenter, notamment à l’occasion du Grand Prix Guyader. Sans aucun doute, cela lui rappelle aussi ses attaches cornouaillaises puisque toute son enfance et son adolescence se sont déroulées, pas très loin, sur les rives de l’Odet. Mais c’est aussi que Marc est, comme tant d’autres, passé par la Mini Transat. En 1989, il partait de Concarneau sur un plan Berret et terminait à une très honorable 5e place sur les quelques soixante bateaux au départ.

Laury Thilleman, marraine de la Mini Transat 2013: Laury Thilleman, miss France 2011, est originaire de Brest et a toujours montré un réel attachement à sa région d’origine, la Bretagne. L’année dernière, à l’occasion de sa rencontre avec le Sénateur Maire de Douarnenez, la miss devenue journaliste a accepté d’être la marraine de la Mini Transat 2013. Une marraine de style pour les 84 concurrents de cette édition.
