Honda all set for Brisbane Boat Show

Honda will have a powerful presence at this week’s Brisbane Boat Show with its distinctive, silver-coloured premium outboard engine range on display, some show-stopping savings on offer as well as a low 5.99 per cent comparison interest rate across the entire range.

Further strengthening Honda’s corporate presence at the show, the staff from Brisbane’s newest Honda Marine dealership, Bay Honda, will also be on deck to provide information and advice on the best set-up for southeast Queensland waterways.

One of the highlights of Honda’s stand will be the appearance of Team Honda Marine Pro-Angler Jason Wilhelm. Well-known in the recreational fishing industry, Wilhelm is one of Australia’s most experienced barra anglers.

Wilhelm’s boat is powered by a Honda BF150, so over the course of the show he will discuss the benefits of Honda’s advanced technologies in ‘real life’ scenarios and the advantages Honda engines deliver – powerful performance, quiet operation, superior reliability and exceptional fuel efficiency. He’ll also talk about fishing (of course!) and will have some cool prizes to give away.

For Queensland’s cruising and sailing fraternity, Honda will introduce its range of Honwave inflatable boats at the show. Designed for use with Honda's lightweight and fuel-efficient portable outboard engines, Honwave inflatables are manufactured from premium-quality PVC and take just minutes to fold and store.

Ideal as tenders to larger vessels, the Honwave range encompasses models spanning 2-3m in length, packaged with Honda outboards from the BF2.3 to the BF15.
