Zodiac Marine Australia is pleased to announce the appointment of two dealers on either side of the country, both with the same commitment to quality and service of this 75 year old brand renowned around the world.

Waves Overseas is Sydney’s newest dealer for Zodiac Inflatable boats. 'Zodiac has been building boats for 75 years, that’s still less time than the combined experience of the five staff at Waves Overseas!' said Dino Tantaro, National Manager for Zodiac Marine.

'We take the role of our dealers very seriously and we are very proud to have Waves Overseas, selling and servicing the range of Zodiac boats at their Croydon premises on 128-134 Parramatta Road, Croydon, NSW.'
BJ Halloran of Waves Overseas, said: ' Waves Overseas have been importing and distributing Inflatable boats for over 50 years and are very excited to add Zodiac Inflatables to their range. We will also be stocking spare parts for all of the Zodiac models and are very experienced in service and repairs.'

It is therefore no surprise that Waves has been appointed one of Zodiac’s NSW warranty agents for all Zodiac Inflatable Boats.

Waves not only deal with inflatable boats but also have the largest range of canoes and kayaks in Australia, along with Mercury outboards, Horizon Aluminium Boats and 2 brands of boat trailers creating the true one stop shop!

In WA, West RIBs has been appointed as the exclusive Western Australian dealer for Zodiac’s range of recreational inflatable boats.

'West RIBs were clearly the only choice for us. No other company has the service level, reputation and technical ability to meet our appointment criteria for the Zodiac brand,' said Zodiac National Manager Dino Tantaro.

'Both companies share the passion for the product and a high level of customer support.'

West RIBs will be providing sales, service and parts from its conveniently located Fremantle showroom and workshop.

West RIBs has long provided repair services for all types of inflatable boats including the military vessels used by the Australian Navy. As a result of this the company has grown to become the most active repair centre in the southern hemisphere.

'Because of our extensive experience in repairing inflatables we have seen designs and features that work well and others that do not. Because of this we are particularly proud to be associated with the Zodiac brand,' stated West RIBs Managing Director, Chris Castle.

Almost immediately following the appointment, West RIBs secured its first deal providing 4.2m Futura Mark II to a sea rescue organisation that required a fast vessel with exceptional durability. The inclusion of the Zodiac range considerably broadens the products available from West RIBs who currently handle the Falcon and West inflatable brands.

West RIBs will be marketing the extensive Zodiac assortment of tenders, sport boats, jet boats and the new N-ZO range of sport cruising RIBs. West Australia continues to be a significant market for the Zodiac brand as ownership levels of inflatable craft amongst the boating public is one of the highest in the world.
