ISAF Mid-Year Meetings - 11 May covered with live video streaming

by David Fleischer on 5 May 2013
SW
When ISAF holds the Council meeting in Copenhagen on Saturday 11 May, the meeting will be covered by live streaming on the web for the first time. SportsXstream, experienced in tracking and live video for sailing events, is pleased to be asked by ISAF to use some of this Sports Presentation expertise to support the sport at an administration level.

The purpose of this new service is to allow anyone interested in following the meeting to do so, regardless of where in the world they are. This implies among other things, that countries that vote together with other countries will now be able to follow the discussions live, even though they are not physically present in Copenhagen. It will be possible to express opinions in a blog that will be made available for the meeting.

Interested persons can follow the meeting Saturday 11 May 0900-1700 (9AM – 5PM) CET, free of charge here.

'We are happy to provide the services of sportsXstream A/S available and we are looking forward to some exciting days together with the International Sailing Community,' says the CEO of sportsXstream A/S David Fleischer.

The event will be covered with two live cameras all streaming simultaneously here.

The structure of the site allows for the users to choose what camera they want to follow, while at the same time following the program with blogging.
