Eurosaf releases 2013 Events Calendar

by John Friend on 12 Dec 2012
SW
Eurosaf is pleased to publish its Events Calendar for 2013. The coming year will see the introduction of the new European series for Olympic Classes, the EUROSAF Champions Sailing Cup, plus the second edition of the Eurosaf Youth Sailing, European Championship, being held in Tavira Portugal in August.

This follows the very successful inaugural championship held in Aarhus, Denmark, in August this year. In addition, we have our popular and successful series of continental match racing championships, the Open, Women's and Youth, being held in St Petersburg RUS, Gdynia POL and Konstanz GER, respectively. There is also a new variation of an event first held in September this year, when we will be holding the first Club Championship of Europe, in Lelystad, Holland.

More details on all these events will be provided in due course, through the publication of the Notice of Race for each event. Amongst the first to be published will be the Notice of Series for Eurosaf Champions Sailing Cup, which can be expected this month. The Eurosaf Youth Sailing, European Championship Notice of Race will also be published before the end of the year. Others will follow in early 2013. All these documents will be published on the Eurosaf website when they are released. There will also be a new website dedicated to the Eurosaf Champions Sailing Cup, details of which will be announced soon.
