Riviera Stars in the X-Factor Grand Final

Riviera 5800 Sport Yacht, Buoy Toy, provided the perfect escape from the pressures of the Grand Final competition for TV talent show finalists, The Collective, in the lead up to the Grand Final of the X Factor, which went to air nationally in Australia on the 7 network on November 19, 2012.

Australia’s top rating talent show, the X Factor, has attracted more than 1.5 million viewers who have tuned in every week in the search for Australia’s next singing sensation. The show won the ratings battle on Monday night with more than 1.6 million viewers tuning in to watch the Grand Final.

The boy band relaxed and focused their minds and energy with mentor, judge and former boy band star, Ronan Keating; and what better way to calm the nerves than with a cruise around beautiful Sydney Harbour on a Spring day on board a stunning boat from Riviera’s popular Sport Yacht range.

Riviera’s Director of brand and communications, Stephen Milne, said this was the third time Riviera had been invited to appear in Channel 7’s hit TV talent show.

'It’s an honour to be part of the X-Factor and to have the opportunity to showcase boating and our beautiful Riviera boats to such a huge national audience,' Mr Milne said.

'I believe Ronan wanted to take some quiet time out with the band away from the pressure and gain privacy from the Grand Final and the media attention that this has drawn. Cruising aboard a luxury Riviera Sport Yacht is absolutely the perfect way to relax and unwind before the big night.

'When it comes to escaping the pressures of modern life, very few activities quite have the same calming effect and family attraction as being on the water.

'Boating certainly has the X Factor, along with the immense young talents of finalists in this year’s show.'

Riviera offers 15 different models from 36 to 75 feet across four model series Flybridge, Sport Yacht, Offshore Express and the new SUV collection.

Riviera also offers the bespoke Motor Yacht line, Belize Motoryachts. Inspired by classic luxury details and timeless style, Belize Motoryachts has recently released the new 52 foot Sedan and Daybridge models.
