The inaugural Rivergate International Boat Show has bumped out and wrapped up and there’s been plenty of positive feedback from Exhibitors and patrons alike.

For the first boat show at the Rivergate Marina complex, Directors of the Boat Show are pleased with the results.

'One of the key reasons we decided to hold a Boat Show at Rivergate is to support a great industry which, like many others is doing it tough ion some areas. Numerous exhibitors have expressed positive results and believe being part of the Rivergate event will be beneficial for their businesses. Some have already made a commitment to be here again next year,' said Director Adrian Seiffert.

For many exhibitors who supported the first Rivergate International Boat Show, there have been sales successes, promising business leads and great exposure for those in the marine and associated industries.

Several major boat brands closed deals which for the businesses involved is a great boost.

As patrons flowed through the gates, they experienced an array of boats from tinnies to luxury yachts, sail boats, jet skis and all manner of marine accessories and services.

There was a definite festive feel about the event, with summer fashions, fabulous food and an assortment of entertainment, as visitors to Rivergate wandered along the promenade and through the marina and other site venues.

With the last of the Exhibitors having just departed the boat show site, plans are already underway for the 2013 Rivergate International Boat Show, with the dates to be confirmed early in the New Year.
