Mixed messages as America's Cup base planning unfolds
It would seem that the new "Hybrid" plan for America's Cup bases is incompatible with the adopted plan which is well into public Submission process, and if adopted already tight timelines for America's Cup base delivery will be pushed into mid-2020.
