Seafarer Inflatables was started by Neil Curtling in 2014 and utilises
his 35 years PVC, Polyurethane and Hypalon experience to produce custom
built and standard 2m - 7.5m inflatables that are all covered by our ten
year transferable warranty. Repairs and re-tubing of any brand are also
covered by our 10 year warranty, with no job being too big.
We only use the finest quality German Valmax PVC & TPU fabrics,
welding these fabrics is our specialty with our unique duel lap seam
welding system. Our thermobond welding machine has been customized to suit
our manufacturing systems to enable the most reliable high quality welds
& allow us to 100% thermobond weld the tubes.
Our aluminum hulls are designed in house & Manufactured in NZ by local
aluminum boat building experts. All the fastening holes in our hulls are
pre-drilled before powder coating to eliminate any corrosion. We only use
the highest quality marine grade aluminum & Dulux powder coating
compound.
